Note:

All new Sisterlocks^TM and Microlocks establishment or transfer clients must book a consultation before booking all services. A shampoo is included with all services if requested. 

Environment: Non-smoking environment. 

Visitors: Children or Guests are NOT allowed.

Sickness or Illness: If client is sick/ill or caring for someone with a communicable disease, please reschedule your appointment until conditions/symptoms have been cleared for 24–48+ hours.

Late:

Billing starts at time of appointment NOT at time of arrival. If client is more than 30 minutes late, appointment may be rescheduled. 15 minute Grace Period for client as well as consultant, After 15 minutes $25 late fee applies. If 30 mins late appt. may be reschedule

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No Shows:

Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hrs in advance, will incur a fee 50% cost of service.

No Call No show will incur a 100% fees of service.

Fees must be paid in advance before scheduling any new appointments.

Fees will be paid via card on file or invoice..

Denise Lovely Locs reserves the right to take and use pictures/videos for illustrative or demonstrative purposes for Denise Lovely Locs website and social media pages.

Payments:

Denise Lovely Locs accepts cash. As well as credit/debit card payments with a transaction fee.

NO refunds for services rendered.
